At Aptyca, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, our fulfillment center immediately begins preparing it for delivery.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, standard delivery times is 3-4 working days from shipment date.
Express delivery time is 1 working day from shipment date.

The tracking number has been automatically sent to the email that was used making the purchase.
If something is missing from your delivery, start by reviewing your shipping confirmation email. Occasionally, an item may become out of stock after your order is placed but before it ships. If this happens, the missing item will be noted in your shipping confirmation, and you won’t be charged for it.

If your tracking number isn’t updating right away, don’t worry - it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their system after you receive your tracking email. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to contact us at support@aptyca.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

A Quick Note on Delivery Times:
Most carriers pause operations on major holidays, which may result in slight delays for your package. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
Standard delivery:
Delivery times usually take 3-4 business days.
On all orders, the shipping will be free!
Express delivery:
Delivery times usually take 1 business day and it costs €8.00 for all order amounts.
If your delivery fails, our logistics team will get in touch with you to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to the transport service handling your order, either by phone or via their website, to schedule a new delivery.
There are two common reasons for undelivered orders:
- Incorrect address: Double-check to ensure the address you provided is accurate.
- Delivery attempts failed: Forwarders typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they may leave the package at a nearby parcel shop for collection.
