How to take your measurements:

Measure your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body without pulling.

Hips

Measure around the fullest point of your hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Leg

Measure the inside of your leg from just below your crotch to the floor
