How long does it take for orders to ship?

At Aptyca, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, our fulfillment center immediately begins preparing it for delivery.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, delivery times is 1 business days (Express) or 2-3 business days (Standard) from shipment date.

We’re always working to improve our shipping process so your Aptyca gear arrives at your door as quickly as possible.

If you have any issues with your order email us at support@aptyca.com and we will be there to help you. Please note, orders placed after 12PM (CET) will be processed the following business day.

Missing an item from your order?

If something is missing from your delivery, start by reviewing your shipping confirmation email. Occasionally, an item may become out of stock after your order is placed but before it ships. If this happens, the missing item will be noted in your shipping confirmation, and you won’t be charged for it.

Trouble tracking your order?

If your tracking number isn’t updating right away, don’t worry - it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their system after you receive your tracking email. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to contact us at support@aptyca.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We’re excited to offer free standard shipping (3-4 business days) on all orders!

A Quick Note on Delivery Times:
Most carriers pause operations on major holidays, which may result in slight delays for your package. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Italian Shipments

National standard delivery:
Delivery times usually take 3-4 working days.

National express delivery:
Your order will arrive at your home in 1-2 business days.

International Shipments

Delivery times usually take 3-4 working days.

I didn't receive my order, what happened?

If your delivery fails, our logistics team will get in touch with you to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to the transport service handling your order, either by phone or via
their website, to schedule a new delivery.

There are two common reasons for undelivered orders:

  1. Incorrect address: Double-check to ensure the
    address you provided is accurate.
  2. Delivery attempts failed: couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they may leave the package at a
    nearby parcel shop for collection.

If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will process a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note, we do not re-ship orders.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

If you’re lucky enough to have a discount code, make sure to use it!

Remember, discount codes should be applied at the start of the checkout process. Please note that only one discount code can be used per purchase, and they cannot be applied to sale items.

Can I modify my order?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to modify its components. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If changes are needed, you’ll need to wait until the order is delivered and then initiate the process by sending us an email at support@aptyca.com

If you wish to change the delivery address, you can reach out to us at support@aptyca.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If we’re unable to make the change, you’ll need to wait until you receive your tracking number and contact the shipping agency directly to update the address.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are not permitted. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then contact us at support@aptyca.com.

Why haven't I received the confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder - your confirmation email might be there. If you can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us at support@aptyca.com, and we’ll help locate it. If needed, we can update the email associated with your purchase and resend the confirmation. Please include your full name when contacting us.

To ensure you receive our emails in the future, add us to your approved sender list and verify that the email address you provided during checkout is correct.

Care & Washing Guidelines

To keep your gear in top condition, we suggest washing it in cold water and drying it on a low tumble setting. For added protection, turn the items inside out and tie any drawstrings together before washing. This helps prevent tangling and maintains the fresh, new look of your clothing.

Tips for Wrinkle-Free Care:

  • Remove your items from the washer as soon as the cycle is complete.
  • Use the permanent press setting on your dryer. If this option isn’t available, choose the lowest heat setting.
  • Once dry, hang your items immediately to avoid wrinkles.
  • A garment steamer is also a safe and effective way to smooth out any wrinkles.

We do not recommend ironing most of our clothing, as it could damage the fabric.

Need to return a product?

To request a return or exchange, simply send us an email at returns@aptyca.com with your order number and email address. You’ll receive the return label via email, along with the refund processed to your original payment method or an IBAN account.

The cost of the return is always on us and it is free for you.

Since the date of purchase, you have 30 days to submit your return or exchange request, provided it complies with the terms of our exchange policy.

While we don't currently offer exchanges, we do have an easy return process. Be sure to have your order number and order email address ready.

Steps to complete a return

  2. Print out the shipping label you will receive from us.
  3. Drop off at any forwarder location or leave in your mailbox.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can send us an email at returns@aptyca.com to receive a return label for any purchases made on our website. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order at your convenience.

How soon will I receive my new order or my refund?

Return shipments follow a specific process that differs from the original delivery. Once your return is sent, our team will receive and handle it. After the items pass quality control and are confirmed to be returned in their original condition, we will approve your return. 

Refunds for returns will be processed within 3-10 business days after we receive your package. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

We strive to build great products and ensure our garments meet the highest quality standards, but occasionally, issues can arise.
Issues like ripping, tearing and pilling, might be considered normal wear and tear.

However, if you have concerns about a defective or damaged item, please submit
a request through this form, including images of the issue.

Please remember that following the care instructions on your gear's label will also help to ensure the longevity of your item.  

The return fee will be reimbursed after a brief review process once your return arrives at our warehouse. While this process may take a few days, we take full responsibility in such cases and will issue a complete refund.

All items are covered by a guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Important note on return packaging

Please use the recyclable plastic bag that your order arrived in for your return. This bag is resealable and includes an unused adhesive strip to securely seal your return.

Kindly avoid using the paper packaging that your clothing was originally wrapped in for returns.

SIZES & FIT

How can I choose the right size for me?

When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. 

Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for a more tight fitting we would recommend for you to order a size smaller than your perfect fit. 

For men, particularly pants and joggers, the fit is relaxed. If you prefer a more tight fitting, we recommend for you to order a size smaller than your usual size.

RETURN POLICY

What is our Return Policy?

From the purchase date, you have 30 days to submit your return request by sending us an email at returns@aptyca.com using your order number and email address. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive the return label by email, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via an IBAN account.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

However, the cost of the return is always on us and it is free for you.

Things to note about returns

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection. We reserve the right to accept or reject returns based on their condition. Items in poor condition (e.g., stained, damaged, or unrelated to our store) will not be refunded. In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
