Standard delivery:
Delivery times usually take 2-3 business days.
If your order is less than 100€, the shipping costs will be 5.00€.

Express delivery:
Delivery times usually take 1 business day and it costs €7.00 for all order amounts.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to modify its components. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If changes are needed, you’ll need to wait until the order is delivered and then initiate the process through this form.
If you wish to change the delivery address, you can reach out to us at support@aptyca.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If we’re unable to make the change, you’ll need to wait until you receive your tracking number and contact the shipping agency directly to update the address.
To keep your gear in top condition, we suggest washing it in cold water and drying it on a low tumble setting. For added protection, turn the items inside out and tie any drawstrings together before washing. This helps prevent tangling and maintains the fresh, new look of your clothing.
Tips for Wrinkle-Free Care:
We do not recommend ironing most of our clothing, as it could damage the fabric.
